New March dish: Fried rice and ankake sauce infused with savory flavor of Hanasaki crab
From March 1, Roadside Station “Swan 44 Nemuro” (Rakuyo, Nemuro) is offering the month-long special “Crab fried rice with ankake sauce” (1,000 yen) in their in-house restaurant “Bird Pal”.
Thick, starchy ankake sauce deliciously infused with the savory flavor of Nemuro Hanasaki crab encircles a serving of fried rice with eggs and Japanese green onion. Together with the ankake sauce and fried rice, adding XO Sauce as an accent imbues the lightly salty flavor with a rich body.
The restaurant is open from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. It is closed on Mondays.
